DELIVERY CHARGES

1. Our current UK delivery charges for records are as follows:

(a) Standard Delivery

£1.95 - first record shipped;
£0.85 - for each subsequent record shipped, up to a maximum of 20kg per pack (this equates to about 100 records per pack, depending on the weight of your specific records).

Insurance: First Class Post ( Please be aware that your package will only be insured up to £30 if it is damaged or lost in the post without extra insurance i.e. Special delivery)

(b) Special Delivery

1 X 12” = £5.50 + £2.50 to Guarantee Saturday Delivery if requested
2 X 12” = £5.50 + £2.50 to Guarantee Saturday Delivery if requested
3 X 12” = £6.70 + £2.50 to Guarantee Saturday Delivery if requested
4 X 12” = £6.70 + £2.50 to Guarantee Saturday Delivery if requested
5 X 12” = £8.40 + £2.50 to Guarantee Saturday Delivery if requested
6 X 12” = £8.40 + £2.50 to Guarantee Saturday Delivery if requested
7 X 12” = £8.40 + £2.50 to Guarantee Saturday Delivery if requested
8 X 12” = £8.40 + £2.50 to Guarantee Saturday Delivery if requested
9+ X 12” = £20.00 + £2.50 to Guarantee Saturday Delivery if requested

Any more than 2kg (8 records) the price rises to £20.
So the order will be split into 2 packs using the lower tariff. For an Additional £2.50 we can also guarantee Saturday delivery.

Insurance: This service guarantees next day delivery before 1pm.
The package is insured against loss or damage for up to £500.
Also includes money back guarantee for delays (Please note, someone must be in to sign for it)

(c) 9AM Delivery. Special Delivery that guarantee’s your order arrives before 9AM the next day (except Saturday) up to a maximum of 2 kg (8 records).

As for Standard Delivery plus £0.70 per pack up to a maximum of 20kg (this equates to about 100 records per pack, depending on the weight of your specific records)

Insurance: This service provides up to £30 insurance per package for loss or damage and a signature is required on delivery.

(d) UPS

Price is worked out on weight.

Insurance: Fully insured against loss or damage

(e) Parcel Force

Price is worked out on weight.

Insurance: Insured up to £150

Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Spitzbergen,
Sweden and Switzerland.

(i) Standard Delivery

£2.40 - first record shipped;
£1.40 - for each subsequent record shipped, up to a
maximum of 20kg per pack (this equates to 100 records per pack, depending on the weight of your specific records)

Insurance: This service provides up to £30 insurance per package for loss or damage.

(ii) International signed-for postage (signature required on delivery)

As for Standard delivery plus £3.50 per pack. up to a maximum 2 kg (9 records).

Insurance: £3.50 service provides up to £30 insurance per package for loss or damage.
For an extra £1.50 the insurance can be increased to £500.

(iii) Airsure Europe (Faster service than standard delivery plus signature required on delivery)

As for Standard Delivery plus £4.20 per pack.

Insurance: This service provides up to £30 insurance per package for loss or damage.

Extra Insurance for £1.50 will insure the package up to a maximum of £500 per package.

(b) Postal Zone 1

USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa.

(i) Standard Delivery

£3.60 - first record shipped;
£2.00 - for each subsequent record shipped, up to a
maximum of 20kg per pack (this equates to 100 records per pack, depending on the weight of your specific records)

Insurance: This service provides up to £30 insurance per package for loss or damage.

(ii) International signed-for postage (signature required on delivery)

As for Standard Delivery plus £3.50 per pack up to a maximum of 2 kg (8 records)

Insurance: This service provides up to £30 insurance per package for loss or damage.

Extra Insurance for £1.50 will insure the package up to a maximum of £500 per package.

(iii) Airsure Zone 1 USA (Faster service than standard delivery plus signature required on delivery)

As for Standard Delivery plus £4.20 per pack.

Insurance: This service provides up to £30 insurance per package for loss or damage.

Extra Insurance for £1.50 will insure the package up to a maximum of £500 per package.

Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Taiwan, Korea, Philippines.

International signed-for postage (signature required on delivery)

3. Our current delivery charges for merchandise are calculated in accordance to weight and are proportionate to our record delivery charges as set out above. The specific delivery charge will be calculated and itemised when you place your order.
